Why do people buy baby formula from other people?? Read On.?
Why do people buy baby formula from other people when they can buy it themselves. I see a lot of posting around in the street and in the internet saying " I buy baby formula, good price or idk something else" but its just weird like i know a person that knows a person that knows another person that that person knows and ETC.that steals baby formula and sells it to a guy and is like extra money for that person but my point is why does'nt that person go get it themselves the one that buys it from the stealer. I'm just curious like i don't get it. Why do they buy baby formula??? hmmm???Thank you all for your answers It was just an innocent simple question, I was just curious.To COURTNEY, yea ur right I dont have any kids, but I do know how expensive baby formula is. Hi originally my baby was on normal stage 1 cow and gate but spat up a lot of it which I was fine with, just had to use a lot of muslims and bibs. She was also vomiting occassionally after some of her bottles which I thought was sort of normal for newborns. The Health visitor seen her spitting up some of her bottle and advised me to go on cow and gate comfort. I have now nearly finished the second carton of this and it has made little difference, just now her spit up is thicker. She is also sick more often and it seems to be getting progressively worse to the point where three of her bottles a day she is being sick after and wanting fed straight after. I think I have gave enough time for the comfort to work but it has ended in my little one progressively being more sick and spit up no different. She was also only taking three ounces with it when previously she had been taking four ounces in a feed and she is now nine weeks. So when she was sick last feed I decided to just give her a carton of the ready made cow and gate stage 1 and she took four ounces and seemed more settled. But I know her spit up is still a problem so was wondering if I could use the stage 1 cow and gate and add Cow and Gate Carobel to the formula or does anyone have better ideas. I only mention carobel because my doctor mentioned trying it if the comfort didnt work. But I have few questions about it. If during the night I make up a few bottles in advance when should I add the Carobel, when I heat the bottle up before the feed or when I am making it up before refrigerating? Sorry I just feel so sorry for my little one and she was very small when born so really dont want her not putting on weight, she was only 4lb 15oz when born.
Mommies out there, what's the best baby formula for the best price?
Alright, I'm pregnant and my sister is living with me with her 2 month old baby girl. Unfortunately I am over qualified for WIC with my husband's income and we have to pay out of pocket for formula. This is no problem but we are both inexperienced since these are our first children. I was wondering if you had any advice on what the best deal on formula is. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks bunches

Why am I starting to hear bad things about Similac baby formula?
My son has been taking similac since birth. 1st he was on Similac advanced, then at 5 months they discovered he had a milk allergy that was causing him to break out and switched him to Similac Allimentum but anyways, even changing him to that he still gets Rashes on his face and along with that he has eczema and it just has not gotten better But anyways Have any of you experienced anything bad with Similac baby formula? I was telling a lady at the grocery store what my son was going through and she said what kind of formula is he on, I told her Similac and she said that's why and I should try Enfamil and his rash would probably go away. And others has said things about Similac and Im just wondering is it really that bad???

Someone sent me baby formula in the mail... Would you use it?
My son is on Similac Alimentum and it's almost $30 a can. I get on babycenter.com often and a woman offered to send me two cans in the mail, because she said they put her daughter on it, but she ended up not using it for some reason. I forget the specific reasons why they didn't use it. I've looked at the cans and had my dad look at them, and I'm still kind of scared to use them. There are still nice people in the world, but there are more that aren't.. lol It doesn't look like the cans have been opened in any way. And my mom says that if they poked a hole in them or something similar that they wouldn't be air tight. They pop when punctured opened. Anyways, would you feel comfortable using the formula? It saved us $60.00 this month, but I want my son to be safe, too.I'm not sure if this matters, but it also cost her $7.00 to ship it.Because I don't have any money to buy more and we're out of formula..
Is it possible for my baby to have an allergy to soy milk but not to soy baby formula?
My daughter who is just turning 1 has been on soy formula since she was 2 mos old due to a severe milk allergy. She has done great on the soy formula but we recently switched her to soy milk, Silk to be specific, and ever since she has had hives. I have talked to several pediatricians about it and they all say that if the soy formula was fine then she would not have an allergy to soy milk. They keep saying it's viral but I just have a feeling it's not. Any advice, suggestions or answers would be greatly appreciated, we have an appointment with her pediatrician on Monday so I am just looking for information and developing a list of questions I want to ask.
